fitting dodge 8 lugs to a chevy - September 29th 2019 12:36 pm
Anyone done this before?
I bought a set of dodge 8 lug rims for cheap as they are 16" and my current wheels are 16.5".
It'll mean I don't have to import tyres from abroad (I'm in Ireland).
Now the bolt pattern is the same as I test fitted one to the front of my chevy (1979 G30) but the offset is different. Looks like I may need wheel spacers and possibly longer studs.
Any of you dodge guys know what taper angle is on the lug nuts these wheels take?
Any more info on the wheels may help.
I know so far they are 16" x 8" and were fitted to 2000-2002 Dodge Rams.
Bolt Pattern: 8 x 165.1mm/6.5".
Offset: 44mm.
Cheers guys.
