Hey Vanners,
I've been lurking on here a while, I figure now's a good time to intro myself.

I'm Lyle, I live in Vancouver, and have a 1992 Chevy G20 with a 4.3L.

I've had it since May 2009, When I bought it in Brooklyn NY to drive back across the continent to the west coast.
This van owes me nothing at this point.. and since I'm approaching my 10 year vanniversary, I figured it was time to show it some love.

Current mods to the van include:
-extra leaf spring
-limited slip differential
-10" wide rear wheels with stretched 265 Yokohamas
-235 General grabbers on the front wheels
-cheap adjustable racing buckets
-90s Dodge caravan 3 passenger bench in the middle
-Grant Steering wheel
-tachometer
-Hedman v6 headers (I think from a 4x4 blazer), with custom tigged very short dual flowmaster sidepipes
-bluetooth MP3 deck

However.. the bad is that it was leaking at the rusted out windshield surround (its pretty rainy here, so this is a major issue).. so I've taken it off the road and its currently under the knife. I keep coming here for inspiration so I should probably make a build thread to keep me going.

Thanks!

Cool van I have a few vans but my 4.3 AstroCreep is my favorite. I have used those headers on my other previous astros did you have to trim some off your transmission bell housing. I put edelbrock headers on this time for a 1500 pick up and those really suck to put plugs on. When you get it sorted out you will keep it another 10 or more.Keep on Truckin

Welcome aboard, hello from Campbell River:)
On my G20 windshield is rusted around as well. During very rainy days it was leaking onto my fuse box, which oxidised and lately shut off my fuel pump. A bit of bathtub silicone around fixed it temporarily until there's time to fix it the right way.
