Hello from the road! - March 25th 2018 1:35 pm
Hi all, new to the forums here. Two years ago my wife and I sold all our belongings, quit our jobs, ditched our 2,000 square foot house, bought a sweet '96 Chevy Express high top for $1500, converted it into a dwelling, and now live full time on the road. We've met tons of awesome people in the van community and are having the time of our lives. We sustain ourselves on the road with online-based work and occasional farm work.
We also maintain a blog, gnomadhome.com, about our adventures. We also chronicled our van build and write detailed guides on all aspects of converting a van into camper. We hope that our site will remove barriers and make it easier and less intimidating for aspiring vanners to take the leap.
