In a 1977 G10 with solid cargo doors; I would believe you have to swap doors to doors with Factory pop-outs to get the pop out windows.

You'll need to swap doors.

Pop-outs can be installed in doors having stationary glass too, as the cutouts are exactly the same. Replacing my stationary glass with pop-outs took about 15 minutes per door.
