wipers quit working ,looked through the cowl to find rubber cap dried out and fell apart, then the pc. fell off the pivot point . Is this a dodge part or a auto parts store universal part ???

Hey Gary, good to see you on here. Dorman Wiper Bushings, part #49440, I think I bought them at Autozone or Advance in the Help section. Fit years 1974-1998. Been a few years since I replaced mine.
