Home Depot sells Southern Pine Asphalt Impregnated Board. The add claims to have heat and sound dampening qualities. Could I use this for my subfloor and not worry about adding additional sound dampening material

Anything that's gonna be exposed to the Georgia heat, in an enclosed space, needs to be considered carefully.
