I was taking apart the interior of the van today, to do some wire tracking.

I ran a heater for a short while. After turning off the heater, the moister just hanging in the air (possibly just from breathing) was enough to get the windows, fiberglass roof, and so on, to sweat.
It was real bad around the front, where I noticed a small pool/wet area along the edges.
Its not air tight, there is open space where the doghouse is off.

Are there any tricks, or some kind of insulation/batting to absorb, or deter the condensation? Only thing ive read is running a vent fan or something to circulate the air? Is that all that can be done?

The temporary fix for moisture problems.

I think you'll get different advice from different parts of the country and different climates. When we camp in cold weather we also use DampRid to help remove humidity inside. In warmer weather we run the shore AC unit which removes humidity without much help at all. In increment weather, we cook, eat, play cards, surf the net and watch movies in the van as well as sleep.
It really depends on your use of the van.
Deadening of the road noise (box-roar) will increase the cruising enjoyment also.....
