whats up again, another question here, why is it that no one has any timeslips for their vans or astros, I wanna know how fast my van is supposed to be 1/4 mile, it was running 18.2 on the weekend, if anyone has any times wuld like to see them. Also I am getting a fastchip peformance ship, anyone tried that yet? if so lemme know how well it realy works, thanks and peace out,

I have a full size 93 dodge 5.2 v8, ran the quarter mile at 18.3 a few years ago at Van Slam.

It was totally stock and was pretty full of all the usual stuff inside, like spare tire tool boxes ect.

I would like to take it to the local track to run it again someday.

Off the shelf is better than stock, but I do my own. There are alot of things you can tune/change that off the shelf chips don't even touch. Haven't run mine yet, the 4.3 knocks pretty bad and I'm gearing up to finally get my Vortec 350 in her.
If ya like to tinker burning your own chips is great fun.
