Hello,

First time posting here. I have had my van for about 3 years and have been able to mechanically fix a lot of the issue's I've had with it. Thing is awesome, runs like a champ, turns heads, and is daily driven.

I'll be honest - I do not have much experience working with brake systems besides changing the brakes themselves. I would love to learn more about what I could do to at least diagnosis it.

On the highway, my ABS and Brake light came on and I want to attempt to DIY it. The brakes themselves feel the same, no leaks, no pressure changes in the brake pedal. I am wondering if it was an issue with the ABS causing my brake light to turn on? I did some quick research on when to look at and all signs point to a speed sensor or an issue with RWAL.

With troubleshooting the RWAL I know I need to ground one of the pins, but I'm not even sure where the RWAL system is? Is it the black box by the steering column that got in my way when installing speakers? (lol)

I checked the speed sensor that is I believe near the differential and it looked fine to me. (no cracks, nothing loose, kind of a bitch to remove it without getting the jack out so I haven't gotten to that part yet)

Would really appreciate some wisdom from the dodge van elders on this, thank you.
