The old manual has 30 pages of carb settings and plenty of trouble shooting. The new one's tell you to take it to a shop. Save your money at best the Chiltons and Hayes are decent reference.

Yes indeed, the thick hardbound Chiltons books were the best. They got really greasy. lol. I do believe i have one, hafta check. What is it with disgruntled Exes keeping tools books and dogs? lol

I got lucky enough to start the book searches early, IDK why but I picked up the complete hardbound S-10/ Sonoma everything GM FSM books from out of a closed dealer shop. The first S-10 went 298,000 miles on the 20mpg 2.8. Did require 3, TH200 auto's, 1 differential. And that wasn't from the 110 horsepower.. lol

Just wheel bearings, brakes, tires and service. Oh, and the fried cluster while underway. laugh The 94 LB was far superior.

I know frscke1 hit a vender who was liquidating closing dealership stock, and scored some obscure G van/7.4 parts cheers

Happy Monday! Get some!

Rockauto stocks the factory manuals, look under literature. Price is OK too.

Yeah not the first place I would have looked, and was surprised to find them when I stumbled across the literature section.

Y'all are incredible I have to say! I really appreciate the support I'm getting on here. I'm going to have to look into getting this manual and the others too. I got a lot I want to do to this van outside of customizing an interior mod. Mobile workshop that can convert to a camper. I'm excited. Thank you for all your help I really appreciate it!
