I can relate Mr Rusty. So much "unexpected" has fallen from the sky on my plate and going down an insane rabbitt hole getting my van's powertrain and suspension build completed by the grace of God done by year's end.

My 1974 G10 Shorty is my Best medicine and I need it back on the road. Glad to hear you're still in the race.

I need to cull my herd over here and try to focus on just one or two vehicles (I'm back up to 15 again. LOL).
I had them all just about sorted, then they started having little failures here and there.
I started getting behind really quick.

My van is one of them.
It suffered a very minor head gasket issue several years ago, and I've been pushing the repair back since I verified that as the issue. Now it needs a battery, so it's even getting less road time.

Boo.
I need more van time!
