I've been kicking around the idea of selling one of my vans.I hate to do it but empty space on the yard is hard to find and empty space in the wallet is too easy to find.

1977 B300, 103,xxx miles, 400, A/C, cruise, factory front swivel seats, privacy glass, full interior (factory panels all the way from floor to ceiling), chrome trim around taillights and grille. Full length running boards and the underside was spray foamed for sound, extra insulation inside and some other minor conversion van kinda things. I've done complete brakes, general tune up stuff, new fuel tanks sending unit and more stuff I don't remember. It does need a carb rebuild, the headliner needs attention, windshield is cracked but I do have a windshield (just haven't gotten around to putting it in). Very very little rust for something from this part of the country.

I don't have a "need" for it right now but I don't want to sell something I like. I haven't started driving it yet because I'm not short of stuff to drive and it need carb work.

I posted this video about a month ago... https://youtu.be/OLNoCkYvHH4

So I guess the question is. What do the other Mopar lovers here think this could sell for (after I get the carb work done) in a completely turn key road ready status?

An interesting find. 1977, 1978 only for the BB 400, 440 in the B Vans. Rare.
A Truck motor, It could be 195hp, 301ft lbs torque. The 727 Torqueflite is a plus.

I've only seen one Mopar 400 BB B300 in person, in a '77 Transvan, for sale, $3000, in SoCal, in 2014. Needed a full interior, stripped, but I was moving. LOL. Wouldn't take 2K...

The only 440 I can recall was a black B200 and matching trailer, $9000, for sale in Reno. Around the same time.

Carb work. 2bbl, 4bbl? Stock? Does it have Lean Burn? A Catalytic converter? The cars did by then. Just curious. Be tough to smog in California, I'd wager.

I think Catfish knows more about the Lean Burn. I hear it's not the ideal setup, and is problematic. Smog setup, prior to EFI.

Carry a spare Ballast Resistor, if it ever just cranks and won't fire.
(I knew about this in 1977 for our fleet of Dodge pickups and was a Hero! lol)

The 1990 Chevy G30 Beauville EXT BBC 7.4/400 I ended up with here was offered up for sale in Lubbock at $4000 74K miles, 2016. More dents than rust, but loaded, like your B300. I like yours. I looked for a BB B van for years.

Used car/truck values have skyrocketed up in value lately, until now. But.
Used car values have just reported THE largest drop in value in 30 years.

Seeing Housing do it too. IDK if Y'all notice, things aren't ahh, normal...

So. Value. I have agreed value insurance, of $4000 on the B250, and G30. The B350 Xplorer Class B Van MH is insured agreed value for $10,500. What I paid for it in 2012, at 3T RV, in El Cajon. Asking $13,500

Your B300 is worth $4000 all day long, even a solid $5K IMO. I'd think for mine that would be a decent price. Play Hell trying to get agreed value from an insurance company for that on that, and I know they'll fight me tooth and nail on mine with agreed value, if I ever have a loss. But they're worth it, for sure.

All except for the Xplorer Campervan. Self contained, and fits in a parking space. They sell for $20K plus...

You could do a full quality full camper interior in it, like the Xplorer low top vans, do the bodywork, mechanical, windshield, paint. $20K

Me, I'd keep it for the backup swap meet van, or when that one gets too rusty!
