Going through all the magazines that Coop has been posting to his blog. Came across an ad for "Grandma's Goodies" tees and figured since they are long gone and defunct now, I don't feel like there will be any copyright issues. If I'm wrong, I'll learn the hard way I guess. For now, this is the first sticker design I'll throw out from their ad.
Funny. kursed; you may want to google the possible "copyright" issue. That's all you need is some lawyer calling you. Isn't it like a patent ? Don't they last forever ???

No, just copyright or trademark, and as the company has been defunct for many years, shouldn't be an issue. If I get an e-mail from some random lawyer though, it is too easy to just pull them from the site. Not like I'm making a fortune off of them anyway.
Guys, I decided to split my artwork between two sites & names. This way I can keep Appalachian Handcraft focused on the original intent which is old world handcrafted items like hand tooled leather, woodworking, etc. So all my van stickers and tees are now at the Boogie Machine which is where I will focus everything graphic design, illustration, airbrush, custom paint, etc. All the "Lowbrow" style stuff as well.
I had taken all business offline while I dealt with my separation so I could focus on my family first. With things on that front starting to level out, I decided to fire things up and have another go at it. Obviously with inflation the prices have increased on everything. I'll be testing the prices for a bit until I get an idea what sort of profit margins I'm dealing with considering current shipping costs and may adjust them soon. I also went back and updated the first post in this thread to reflect the change.

I usually give these out with purchases. Same thing, long defunct brands that I changed a bit. Funny thing, last year someone was complaining about another person “stealing” art. The van looked very similar to the mid Ford on my decal, which was lifted from a 70’s magazine sponsor’s logo. Maybe Kenny Howard was right when he said nothing is original.
You hear the thunder of stampeding rhinos, elephants and tacky tigers This town ain't big enough for the both of us And it ain't me who's gonna leave
