I was just guessing about the ABS being the cause of the Cruise not working because im out of other ideas. What about the vaccum check valve wheres that located? ah nm I found this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcYyjUK1IyU
I'm going to get a new multifunction lever at lunchtime here in a little bit but I doubt thats it I have tried another junkyard one with no luck

So lunchtime test. I replaced the Vacuum check valve. I saw a video where the guy's AC blew to the floor when going up hills, same with mine so that might at least fix that. I tested vacuum to the Cruise actuator/servo and theres plenty On the lever, first slide to the right to turn on cruise makes the actuator click When driving, I heard clicks when I moved it another position to the right (resume/accelerate I guess) When driving I heard clicks when I pressed the end of the stick (set speed I guess) But no cruise I have a new speed sensor on the trans and a new cruise vacuum release switch behind the brake pedal The actuator/servo is a used one I bought off Ebay, so im guessing its that? I saw no movement from it at all Anyone got a link to a new one? seems discontinued everywhere If I have a Cruise control module I have no idea where that is or whether that could be the issue

Check with Just4fun1991. I believe he rebuilt his last year and it was an easy fix. IIRC Can't remember if he posted about it on here or not. Send him a PM, he's a vanner and will be glad to help. I'm not sure but I think the electrical connector was corroded inside?? My memory isn't what it used to be.......

Thanks! That video is awesome. The foam in mine was totally wasted. As soon as I can find some similar foam I'll rebuild it and try it btw Is there a light on the dash for cruise?

The CC servo on the engine is NLA through GM, but you can rebuild or junk yard find one, as most Chevy Impala's will use one almost the same and will work (did in my case)
Triple check to make sure you get the lines plugged back in properly once replaced/fixed.
Latest update I rebuilt one servo I had, but with my fingers over the holes and the diaphram did NOT stay in like it should, so obviously it didnt work. Working on the other one I have which sounds better for sure, but the foam was toast, so im replacing that now and will try it.

well I havent reinstalled it yet but this servo seems good Covering the two holes and pressing the plunger DOES keep the diaphram from deflating, so thats a good sign right? Releasing the plunger lets it out. Thats all good.
Update nope no luck Clicks to turn on, clicks for resume, clicks for set, but no cruise no clicking with the brake pedal pressed so that switch is good definetely vacuum to the servo Speed sensor has been replaced Vacuum check valve is new Brake light on the dash has been on since I got the van
Only thing I havent tried is the module but I have no clue where that even is
