Been so busy, haven't had too much time to work on the van
So today, continued to cut and trim the edges and corners.
Cleaned off the point where I'm going to weld.

I forgot to take photos of them, but I welded two 2.5" square tubing stacked on each other to make 5"x2.5"x2 feet long
One for each side, slide each one foot into the frame in the front, drilled and bolded 1/2" bolts to hold on the front
Slid the back half in, and bolted the back.
There kind of like sleeves for the frame, but inside.
After doing this, the frame held itself together without jack stands, so its pretty solid.
Now its ready to weld.

Im just a bit anxious to get the ABS pump re-located and lines put back
And cutting the fuel lines and flared, never done this before.
