Can anyone point me to some ideas or how to replace the light cluster in front of the steering wheel in instrument panel in my van.

Does anyone know where to get those lights to be replaced?

You have to remove the cluster, lights plug into the back side. Any auto parts store or big box retailer online will have the lights.
