Hi All Some more progress on the Van I have managed to fit my brackets and disks on the rear axle and have made spacers for the rear to convert from a 8 lug to a 6 lug. The reason for this is that we are unable to find decent 8 lug rims and the cost to import is just to expensive for us here. The same goes for the rear axle we only have 67 inch here and no 70 inch. The spring perches still have to be move to fit in the existing position. The steering Wheel has now been done and fitted some smaller details are left to be completed.

Hi to all It's been pretty rough for us to get spares. I am still building on my van. I have managed to start my gen6 454 with the new 0411 pcm that I swapped out from the old black box. I have installed the new dana44 knuckles replaced all the bearings and installed new rotors on the front I still have to install the new mile marker hubs. I now have the 2 new drive shafts made up balanced and installed. I still need to make the steering arms for the cross over steering I will post some more pics of progress soon.
Hi to all I'm still busy with my Van. Hopefully I will be able to get some ideas or info on my rear leaf springs I need a 6" lift I have been searching all over to find a solution to my problem. Do I have new leaf's made with a additional radius in the spring to get my height that I need or do I do a rear shackle flip. At the moment I have a 5" aluminum blocks but I am not happy with it .
Why do you need a 6" lift ?... mine is up 3 " ..2"body and 1" under the suspension and I run 35's ... goin after 40's ?
