Just brought her home today, and it's actually breaking my heart that I can't keep it, but I have WAY too much going on in my life at the moment (part of why I've not been on the forums for a hot minute, I'll explain that at another date) and too many other projects.

1979 Ford Econoline 100

No engine or transmission

Clean and clear title

Very solid body for 1979. Small rust bubbles starting in the passenger side rear wheel arch area, obvious "patina" surface rust, but otherwise the body is extremely clean.

- 8 Track cassette radio appears to be factory
- Ford floor mats seem to all be intact
- At least one rear window louver (might be two, but I haven't had a chance to clean it out and search yet.
- Rear pop out windows
- Air shocks
- Free funky 70's troll hair wall and ceiling coverings with some possible goodies hidden inside
- 2 15x7 slots will be included with it

She was a local Virginia van from the 70's / 80's, but I haven't tracked down the original owner. Has a badge from a now defunct Harrisonburg, VA Ford dealer on the back door which is about 30 minutes north west of where I found her.

There is also a little remnant of some lettering on the passenger side of the hood from back in the day that says "the Green Hornet" and some very faint outlines of what look to have been a picture painted on the driver side of the hood, probably a hornet cartoon or something. We have a local high school named Wilson Memorial High School who use the Hornets as their mascot, so I'm sure there is a connection there as their school colors were green and gold as well.

I plan on cleaning it up really good later this coming week and posting it for sale online. I'll be asking $3,800 for it everywhere else, but I try to offer up to you guys a little cheaper before things go public. I will update this post with better pictures and more details when I get her cleaned up and sorted through later this week.

Thanks man. Yeah, I'm hoping that Chevy in the background will be going back into the garage very soon for a final fixaroo and then on the road for a change instead of being yard art.
