Good morning everyone!

'99 Ram Van 1500 with the StarCraft conversion package.

The rear AC blower motor will blow continuously, even when the key is off and removed.

I first pulled the local 15A fuse located in the rear by the blower motor itself. This caused the fan to stop blowing.
I was trying to do a bit of troubleshooting (replacing the 15A near the motor), and I removed the fusible link in the underhood fuse box for the rear AC ("40A rear HVAC").
These were able to shut the blower fan off, which is preventing battery drain.

I also pulled the relay under the hood (labeled "HAVAC Ignition run only relay) as part of my troubleshooting. It didn't appear to have any effect. The blower continued to run regardless of the relay was in or not. The same was true of the "Air Cond clutch relay"

This was all done with the key off and removed.

I did some searching online. Everything I have read says that it's probably either a relay or a load resistor associated with the fan motor.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I"m at a loss here

I know a little bit about a lot of things, but there are only a few things of which I know a lot.

It's the switch or most likely the relay. I have seen other relays burned into the on position and that's always a hard one to diagnose. Occasionally it can even be a relay or switch that's not connected but... is connected deeper into the wiring harness and is back feeding.

I'd agree that a stuck relay is a strong possibility, if the conversion company even went to that level of expense, but also be mindful that switch contacts can weld, and the wires, especially near the blower switch and blower, may have overheated and melted into some constantly hot wire.
