Nice forum you all have here. I just picked up a 1977 original owner 50k mile beaumont G20 Van. I have been a musclecar collector most of my life and this is a new avenue for me. I was surprised when my wife expressed interest in a "boogie" van. Its been pretty fun so far but I need some guidance on the sliding door arm assembly. I had it apart and cleaned lubricated it. I am convinced it just has to much slop/play in it. It doesnt close easily. I have to help it up by the arm. Anyone that can help me on this I would appreciate it. I have looked for the arm assembly and it seems it is not reproduced? Thanks and look forward to getting advice from members here. Dave
Sorry I don't have any experience in sliding doors. Not sure if you need an adjustment or bearings. There are members on here that will be able to assist you. You may want to post your question in the Chevy tech area.
By the way, very NICE find and great shape!
Good luck
Bob

Welcome from West Texas! Post up your question in the Chevy section, you may try searching? I remember some threads had slider Info, extended arms to clear fat tires, and I believe it may have been discussed in a Chevy build thread.. Good luck, and welcome!
