I remember when I started driving it was around .13 cents at the Non Big Brand stations and when it went from .50 cents to a $1.00 over night in the early 70's " gas crisis " ; people went out of their minds.

Creeping higher toward $5 around the corner from me. It is getting to the point to where I can't even afford to drive my daily driver let alone a van. I'm livid.

$2.85 Unleaded at USA here in Levelland Tx.
Miss the $1.17 it used to be here before, well, you all know.

3/2/1 for rent $750 mo.3 doors up from me. MoHo, MH spaces here $175 mo.
City, gas, electric, total for 1367 sq ft. $200-300 max per month. Nat gas, 20 bucks, City, under a hundred. Electric varies between $100 to close to $200. Hasn't been higher, so far. But, well you know.

Shutting down Interstate pipelines is not smart, nor is it Green. People knock Rick Perry, but. Remember when we were energy independent and a net exporter if oil, LNG, Nat gas. Inflation, Transportation were not a problem. Gas was cheap. We were fine. The future looked way brighter.

That was a little over one year ago.
So. What the hell happened? Well, you all know..
