Slipped in a quick needed upgrade. Safari door armrests suck. Quick fix. [Linked Image]

Seen it at astrosafari. I have tons of 3/4 plywood. Cut them, sanded, some body filler, more sanding, primer and more of the overly glossed paint. I drilled 2 holes on the back side, I'm going to epoxy small bolts to hold them in place. 8 bucks, 2 hours, and no more cut up elbows!

This morning all was dry, so I epoxyed the bolts in place.
I'm going to epoxy the top of the armrest, in hope to stop it from getting worst. Then drill 2 holes, in the door panel to bolt these in place.

Not going to be installing today, maybe this weekend. My passenger side window isn't working. I replaced the window and both switches. Something messed up somewhere, cut wire? I need to take the door panel off and get into it. I also have some speakers that have been kicking around. So I'm getting a few quick upgrades while I have the door panels off.

I have 4 of these speakers, 2 in front doors and 2 in back Dutch doors. Thanks for the comments! More to come.

Its been too long! Been vacationing with the family, had a great time. Now back to the vans! [Linked Image]
The old lady got sick of me bragging about my vans, so she got another van. It's nice, 30,000 miles, rear DVD, and lots of extras. It's all set up to be a family cruiser. So, Vanessa is going to be Daddy's van! I will be changing a few plans and build it to more of my needs. Last night I finished the backup camera, USB, and GPS. Loving it! Now the van has all the modern functionality of a new car. I'm hands-free texting in my VAN. [Linked Image]
I cut out the blank for the keyhole on the plate holder. Pretty basic, but keeps it factory looking. Works great. The old 07 town and country has to be cleaned and put up for sale. So I will be stuck on that for the day or two. Missed this place!

Been working on a rendering of my van. Vinyl stripes, perforated over the rear windows. My initials are TL. So, a "T" on the hood and "L" down the side. I call the van Vanessa, so I also put a "V" on the hood. I dont have a marker to match the factory color, but it will be staying the same. Flares, air dam, folding rag top. I'm happy with the final look of the van. I will be doing an interior rendering soon.[Linked Image]

I really like that rendering. Looking forward to seeing it come to life.

Love it man, the stripes flow really well on that. Can't wait to see how it comes out.
