It seems finding something to replace it is going to be tough. It cranks up and down fine......the upper cover is attached to the upper/inner frame by a few screws (and prayers) right now. Get a custom piece of plastic/ABS cut? Go to an auto glass guy? Short of replacing the whole thing, what would you do? Id find a replacement for that glass .. get a factory tinted van rear window from a yd and cut to size .. that way you know its safety glass and the tint wont peel.
Right now it looks like a roof vent more that a sun roof ...lol

They should probably be able to work with plexi or similar if that's what it is. Maybe even make you a new one tinted in any color you want.

Not pretty but NO leaks (if appiled properly). My son's van has vent above his bed that has a cracked plastic cover. We finally got his sunroof to stop leaking with a lot of silicone.
