Thoughts on new shoe options? (81 Chevy SWB, stock suspension, no flairs, sliding door no extender)

U.S. Mags Indy U101 Polished Wheels:
Fronts 15x7 3.75 backspace paired with 245/60R15
Rears 15X8 4.00 backspace paired with 275/60R15

OR

U.S. Mags Indy U101 Polished Wheels:
Fronts 15X8 4.00 backspace paired with 235/60R15
Rears 15X10 3.50 backspace paired with 275/60R15

-5 on 5 or 5X127 metric conversion.
-Try and avoid unilug hard to align / keep tight & right size lugs are needed
-Chevy/GMC vans the center bore on the wheels are 3.420 inches and the hub/axle is around 3 inches
-Cragar SS or Slots for the win
-Staggered for old school look with a nice rake

I'd say I'm overdue . . . .

I prefer the 15x10 rears versus the 15x8, but that's just my taste. Either way, you're probably going to need an extended slider arm or gullwing. I've got 15x10 Cragars with 295/50-15 on the back of my 82 and I'm wanting to switch to 275/60, but I would still need an extender to clear. Mine have about 3.5" backspacing.

Love those stripes Kursed!

Yeah I guess those 10's stick out a little, I was hoping with the 275's they would be good. . .

Matching 8's looks great all around, but then you can do some rubber rake. My good friend just did this on his 76 with no extender.

Yeah I've done that on the ol Dodge - I was hoping those 10's with the 275 would fit under the wheel well.

I love the Cragars!! How much clearance do you have on the inside between the tire and the inner wheel tub?

On the 10's it depends a lot on the backspacing. I had 10 reverse on my ford with 275/60/15 and they stuck out quite a bit. Standard 10's may not stick out as much.
