Hi All. Just want to thank everyone who offered suggestions and tips. It helped me get the old girl on the pavement once again. We swapped the engine with spun bearings and blow by in the right head with a freshened 5.7L engine that was bored.30 over, machined crank, and lower end, new accessories, etc. So much more power now that it runs like it's supposed to! Here's a few pics! I don't think it's too shabby for a 37 year old vehicle. Now on to the body work. Thanks again! CB
PS Not on the road for even 3 days and got hit by a semi! Dude crossed over into my lane as I was turning. Thankfully, the damage is minimal. Going to patch in sheet metal from a donor van. Cheaper and easier. Otherwise you have to drill out 20-plus spot welds, take out the windshield, bumper lower supports, etc. She look purdy again when she's done.

Yeah... Those switches are what I had at the time. Looking to install smaller ones. They control the Fog, Driving and rear warning arrowstik, side and rear loading lights. I got tired of loading my equipment in the dark at 3am...
As an update, I hadn't had the van back on the road for three days and got hit by a semi. He crossed into my lane and took out the front left fender and bumper. Going to cut out the sheet metal and graft in a replacement patch from a donor van, Cheaper and easier than trying to replace the entire panel. Can't find them anyway!
That's a nice looking van. Sorry to hear about the wreck. It don't look to bad though.
