Where can I purchase pre bent brake lines for a 1992 Chevy G20 Van 4.3L. Rebuilding a Mark III into a camper van. currently working on the mechanic parts first. Any suggestions.

Just measure the existing ones with a string or whatever and go get ni-cop ones at the parts store. You can bend those by hand.

I don't recall seeing any, and I bet if I had seen some I would have immediately passed on them as it sounds super expensive. The straight sticks are sold at auto parts stores, they sell the benders there, and the stuff is super easy to bend the way you want it.

What these guys say is true.
I needed to make a couple of brake lines for a recent project and I'd never done it before.
I bought a roll of brake line tubing and a flaring tool and went after it.
One of the ones I needed was a fairly complex bend, but it came out great.
I was really hesitant at first, but I actually kind of enjoyed making my own.

I was referred to a High Performance machine shop in Fort Myers Florida, who is DOT approved to bend brake lines or to make custom braided brake lines with their DOT numbers on the crimp ends. Thank you for your insights into this matter.

Cool.
It's great that you have a good source for brake lines now.
It would be even better if it was for something you needed more often than brake lines.

If it doesn't have the 4 wheel ABS unit the lines are pretty easy on these, master to prop valve, prop valve to each front and line to the rear. The only issue I ever had with the green stuff is I could usually never get a union tight enough, it would seem cranked down, but a good hard stop would put enough pressure in the line to press it out and I'd have to tighten it again.

One nice thing on G-vans without ABS, you don't need anything fancy to bleed them. Just get the front on enough of an incline to be maybe a foot higher than the rear and it will gravity bleed through as long as you need to put fluid through it.
