I would definately do locking ones or make a pin mechanism to stop that while driving.

Keep us posted. My van has a sort of two sided riser deal with electronics under the driver seat. I was looking at some different locking swivel brackets but I would have to relocate things unless could find a slim swivel and add it to the existing setup, and not really into RAISING the seat at all. I was thinking about only doing the passenger side for this reason. Are your front seat brackets the same in your van? I actually pitched my middle seats years ago and they were identical to the front captains chairs flexsteel I think. And if I remember I think they had plain flat pivoting brackets. I'm a moron. I should have just moved one to the front passenger position..

Just looking for other people’s opinions On non locking swivels?

IDK. My computer is under the Drivers seat. Passenger would be OK, but charge at least $5 for a ride...

I've got a couple of bases from a Chevy/gm in the have-to-give section. Want to try them out?

Thanks guys, my GMC van has the non swivel u shaped driver/passenger seat brackets. I also found some brand new driver/passenger seats out of a 2019 Mercedes sprinter. These will require fabing a wider base to mount, so I decided to order the northern tool swivel (locking, hahaha) mounted to factory mounts, then fab mounts to go from swivel to sprinter seats.
