Looking to replace the Sliding Door Extender Arm on a 1974 G10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The come up from time to time on the Instagram van parts pages, but somewhat rare.

There can be hard to find. You might need to have one fabricated at your local metal shop.

I'm looking for a sliding door extender as well for a G20, Superior used to produce them, I'm going to fabricate one, does anyone have the length of one?

Welcome to the site ... if you made a dozen they would be gone as fast as you can make them .... I wish knew the length 100% to tell you, im thinking 10.5 in on center .. how wide tires you thinking and or you have a flare kit on ?

Again welcome ..

Found it ...

Thanks! the measurement is just what I need, the stock arm is 5.5" center post to center post. no flares but 275-60-15 TA's mounted on 15x10 Gassers W 4.5" backspace. Thinking the best is to get a another stock arm and cutting the length needed out of the center to make one.

Thanks!

That's what I plan on doing until I can afford to do a fiberglass gullwing from Kurk Collis. Just going to use two and have one made.

Got any pics of your van? I've been thinking about eventually switching from the 295/60s on mine to 275/60s.
