Why would they not do it prior to listing it ? In my opinion it would greatly increase the possibility of a quick sale.

There's a lot of back and forth all over the place...
Getting certified copies of this, proving that, getting a bond, waiting for the paperwork to go through...
Etc...etc...
It takes several weeks and puts you out around $500 or so.
I haven't done it personally, but I've researched it, and the guy I recently bought my Samurai from validated my concerns as he'd just gone through the gauntlet with that vehicle. | | 1 member likes this:
