I think part 231 is laying inside bottom of the door in question ...

This is the regulator. Am I mental? I don't see that part that glues onto the window..

Yup your right. It's at the bottom of the door. All the gasket has disolved away. Not sure what the window can grab onto without that plastic in there

I used to belong to a Chevy Van group on Facebook and this issue was brought up several times. It was posted that Chevy truck sash assembly (#231) will fit the vans as well. I cannot confirm this...just going by what was posted.
