I believe I need something in the '92 - '95 era. Also, what is the lightest cutaway they made? 2500 ?? | | | Re: cutaway chassis dimensions | Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 2,290 Likes: 137 veteran | veteran Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 2,290 Likes: 137 | No clue, but hopefully someone will chime in with an answer. | | | Re: cutaway chassis dimensions | Joined: Apr 2021 Posts: 219 Likes: 25 enthusiast | enthusiast Joined: Apr 2021 Posts: 219 Likes: 25 | Cutaway sits on a 1-ton truck chassis, or larger, there are two cutaways for the early-mid 90s GM vans, one has a fiberglass tilt nose that's extended a bit. That one was on larger trucks, the last one I saw was a 4500.
You could probably put the cab from one on a 2500 or 1500 chassis though, you may have to fab the mounts and would have to change the steering box around.
Might try some of the upfitter sites to see if they have anything that old.
