I've posted this several times before but I like to check on it every once in a while.

1. Go to Google Maps

2. Type in:
West Pond Street,
Adams, Tn

3. On satellite view zoom all the way in to street view on the dead end of the street.

Old sKool Dodge sitting there I been visiting for decades.....

What a shame. My buddy Sal had a mid 70's Lime Green one ( same color as the Road Runners ). Pretty nice.

When you said Old School I thought I was going to see a A100 series; still a nice surprise.

Love it! If you "drive" down the street at the corner near the Dollar Store, you can see it from the side.

Wonder what the story is. Again; what a shame.

No one is at home. The first time I stopped there I knocked on the door. Left my card in the screen door along with three other tattered notes from other visitors. A member on here tracked the land owners thru county records. They're both in their 80's and live elsewhere.
The Dodge is in sad shape but could be saved. Has the remains of a Tri-state sticker on the windshield IIRC.
There also was a '70's G10 shorty with visor and wire wheels behind the house.......but I didn't go back there since on one was around. It's a southern thing.

BTW .. Adams Tennessee is haunted by the Bell Witch......look it up.

Sounds like a good name for the van too.

Just looked up the Bell Witch of Adams Tennessee. Man that legend would make a Great Film.

CatFish: that is some detective work on the property owners. Do you think there are some local Family that would possible be able to get you on the property to check out the vans ? That would be an awesome day.

The Chevy behind the house. I was wrong about a visor on it. Might have been savable 16 years ago....but with the sunroofs, probably not now.
It was gone on our last visit.

There's no way that my imagination will allow that dude in the picture to be you.

You creepers ought to go over there and catch who mows the property.
That might be a way to get in touch with the owners.

The address for the co-owners traces to another empty house across town.
Oh well, haven't been up old US41 in a couple of years, it's most likely been towed by now anyways.
And I'm no Dodge guy. I would like to have that hood for a friend tho....

Why wouldn't you at least cover them with a tarp ?

I want the Chevy and the Dodge! Those things are awesome. Heck, the Monza or whatever next to the Dodge would make a great drag car too.
