There's two springs in the turn signal cam that usually break. Dorman makes them, should be part number 49312. Most auto part stores should have them in stock or can get them reasonably quick. If you're doing the job yourself it's time consuming but not difficult, just need to remove the steering wheel and lock plate. You will need special tools for those but a steering wheel puller and lock plate tool are cheap. Then just install springs, and reassemble.
