I did a serious amount of googling but I can't seem to find the answer to this question on the internet.
I was wondering if the '70's D series pickup truck chrome bumpers fit our B series vans? In pictures they look really similar, but I don't have access to one to see if they're the same.

Part number for the chrome front D truck Series is #3492481
