The funny part is I have so much documentation, photos, and models done of this stuff that it could all be replicated pretty damn accurately and "easy", depending on how loosely you use that term.
Leakbox; It's the Best medicine for you Bro. Your work is primo. Work is nuts; when I get my head above water I definitely want to road trip to HB so we can hook up. I partied BIGtime there from 1969-1979. Wishing you Good Vibes

I've had some decent time to make some progress. First of all I have been working on and struggling with the slider, which I am detailing in a different thread in "troubleshooting". I think I have the back corners figured out; I used cardboard templates and then my aluminum/plastic sandwich material to hand form and bend pieces for both sides.Right now I just have a few screws in them to hold until I am ready for final install. I think I can fit 4" speakers in them so that will be on my list soon. I took my PVC sheet and bonded up a valance for the passenger side. I ordered some LED strips that can change colors and have a wireless remote. I will lay some of that into this after it has been wrapped with vinyl and then attach it at the top of the side wall. That will provide indirect lighting around the perimeter. I went to our local tile/stone row and searched out some cabinet making shops. I scored a nice piece of granite that I will get cut to size for the top of the cabinet. As for the cabinets, I have them finished except for the aforementioned granite and also handles/knobs. I am debating on a couple that I attached. I really like the peace signs, but in reality that was actually a bit before my time and I'm maybe reaching for the 60's there rather than honoring my prime. Rather than struggle to make them I ordered the doors and drawer fronts from a millworks shop. I learned the right settings to spray the satin clear, and think they came out pretty good. They definitely aren't perfect, but they are MINE, and I probably have $500 total in them, INCLUDING the granite, vs. the $5k that a RV shop wanted. I got a nice ground cable for the deep cell battery and got that mounted to the LH frame, so now my power diverter is hooked up and sending juice to the back battery. I wired up the fridge and soldered on disconnects, along with another little push button LED switch in the back cabinet face. That will allow me to turn the fridge on and off simply and have it independent of any other systems inside. After having issues with my first engine cover contractor and doing the job myself, I found an interior shop I am confident with and took my vinyl and carpet along with it, so it is currently being wrapped. Like the one I am trying to copy, the carpet and vinyl will be divided by the polished strip.
These are the knobs and handles I am debating on. I have also been doing a fair bit of research on audio equipment and trying to educate myself on component speakers, amp crossover, channels, etc. From what I have read and heard there is only one really good "pop out" head unit that will fit in my dash, which is from Pioneer. I was told they are very difficult to find, so when I saw it was available on Amazon, I bit the bullet and pulled the trigger. Since there was no template included, I measured the bracket opening, and then pulled my aluminum face plate, laid out the size, and then crept up on the opening with drilled holes, a radiarc wheel, and files. Once I had that fit, I put the plate back on the dash and traced the opening size on tape. I cut that out (GULP) with a hacksaw blade, drilled holes, files, and a small grinding disk. Once I had it big enough, I slid things back in for a test fit. Next will be to hook a power wire up to it and make sure that it clears everything when the face pops out and up.One thing I already am aware of but willing to deal with is the fact that the face will block the two center vents when out, so heat or AC will suffer some.
