The pleated shades in my high top Sherrod Ford conversion van will not stay up on one window. Looking at it, on the top of the shade a screw has come loose and I cannot figure out how to access it to repair. Any help greatly appreciated.

I have seen some that you have to pull back the fabric to get to the screws. Others setup like the older house shades with sliding caps.
