The needle just lays down on the 100 for the whole time I'm driving. It never moves or jumps. I'm thinking Coolant Temperature Sensor???

I had to replace the sender. Possibly your issue too. It's located on the driver's side cylinder head just under the exhaust manifold.

It was a tight squeeze though and do yourself a favor and drain the coolant first...unlike me that tried to be quick and ended up dumping coolant all over the place.
