Hello everyone, and glad to finally be apart of this board! I've had a love for vans for years prior and always wanted to own one, and I finally got my chance to do so recently with my '94 G2500 Rally Wagon!

I had a question about lift kits for these things, as it seems to bring up conflicting answers when using Google to search for this info. Also, anytime I use search I get a database error only visible to moderators, I'm not sure what's happening there.

I want to do a modest lift kit, nothing too out there. Just maybe a 2" to 3" lift to fit 30's or 31's. I've seen that some people have used G3500 Springs, ball joints, tie rod ends and shocks to do a slight lift up front. I was curious if anyone knows any other tips and tricks to get the front end lifted. I have a 90's Silverado that took lift spindles and that was an easy job, but from what I'm reading spindles aren't available for these vans.

Glad to join up with you guys, and I'm excited to post some pictures of my build progress!

Cool!
Welcome to the group!

I don't know squat about lifting a van, but I feel your pain on the search issue, as I've had the same problem lately.
I don't know what's up with that.

Congratulations on your van acquisition.
