Recently got this van for a case of beer from a friend 4 hours away! Drove down on the weekend with a buddy and changed out a caliper, rubber brake line, 1 tire, wheel stud, battery, headlight and flasher module and drove it back home. So far I have replaced intake manifold gaskets, new valve cover gaskets, new ignition system, rebuilt the 800 CFM quadrajet off of a Buick, new tires and 8" wide chevy c10 rims all around, New door locks, LED bulbs all around in the gauge cluster, Water pump. I also deleted the smog system, AC had many leaks so I got it out of the way quickly. going to attack the interior in the following months. Its one of the rarest camper top styles I have ever seen. The tent top is de laminating at the base where it seals to the van and I am having trouble finding any info on this unit or repair company to fix this fabric.

Nice G20! I'm working on an 87' myself. I'm jealous you can do all that serious engine work.
Deleting the smog system and changing some intake and valve cover gaskets is definitely something I can and should do. Although I just put a new belt on, so I might wait on the delete. Mine's got the 350, which is nice
Looking good man!
