1985 G10 Chevrolet Van
V6 4-Speed Automatic
Turbo 350 Transmission

The good:
Van is in really good cosmetic shape for its age. Minimal rust, just some spots along rocker panels and slider door that should be addressed. Also some rust around the windshield but it doesn't leak. Tires and wheels are in great shape. No windshield cracks. New battery. Two year old rebuilt Rochester Quadrajet carburetor. The interior is really clean with an indoor/outdoor carpet over plywood, conversion van cloth swivel chairs with armrests, wood drink holder, dome lights. Overall it's a clean slate for a project. Tons of extras listed below that I am including in the sale.

The not so good:
The engine. It's going to need to be rebuilt or replaced. Poor compression from a head gasket leak. It will occasionally start but when it does it runs very rough. Buyer should either plan to tow it or spend some time under the hood on my street trying to get it running. The dash lights are very dim, may need a bulb replaced. The A/C is not working but may just need to be vacuumed down and charged with coolant. Stereo slot is empty. The suspension is ok but new shocks would probably make the ride much smoother.

Brand new LMC (still in box) weather seals for driver, passenger and slider doors $90 value.
Used set of rear pop-out windows with hardware, not pictured (pulled off another van and never installed).
Brand new in box stereo dash installation kit.
Brand new in box Kicker speakers.
New old stock GM driver side vent window latch (never installed).
Haynes repair manual and original owner's manual.
Brand new accelerator cable (never installed, original is working).
Bench seat that opens into a bed and the installation hardware (pulled from a Dodge conversion van).
Portable center console with storage and drink holders.
Sound vibration insulation installed on all interior panels.
A box full of assorted van parts and accessories.

Definitely potential and a fair price.
