I was cleaning out all those drip rails of old junk so I could lay some new self leveling stuff in there. I think I discovered which corner all the rainwater ran to. Whoever did this Packed it with bondo and painted it. they did a damn good job I couldnt even tell. Had to go to the junkyard with sawzall and find me another van with a nice roof...on a good note got quite a few other parts off van to go on my new one. Why cant folks fix things right?

Wow, yes that could have been disastrous if you hadn't caught it when you did. Just had the roof/gutters of my '93 G20 done professionally because I didn't think I could do that work justice. Very happy with the result and it's money well spent since I plan to keep it forever.

Yup, I had the same issue with my van. Packed with fiberglass in the lowers and I missed it. Good catch.

If you aren't going to repair it yourself , there's a rod shop in the middle of nowhere north of Wetumpka. They aren't fast, but do good work. Always some interesting iron there. The guys name is Adam. His number is
3345676970.

already got the donor van stripped from pull a part and a peice was cutoff. Glad I found it but was already to lay some 3M stuff in the gutters, that will have to wait. If there is one good thing about this Covid 19 is that I can spend some time on the van....sad to say.

Got the corner welded in and body filled. Primed the whole roof and layed down 4.5 tubes of 3M 08307. This stuff was awesome! Flowed out very nice. Repainted the grill using 2 part epoxy primer and bc/cc PPG paint. Headlight bezels done the same way. Could have bought new but saved that money repainting
