Ok..so my son and I went and inspected last night, well typical FLIPPER ("Chris"/seller, I let my son do the talking). I suspect he bought it out of Whittier for $3-5K. Of course first thing he did was put it on a rack...ok......When it was on the rack did you change differential fluid and inspect/ count gears...NO When it was on rack did you inspect brakes, wheel cylinders, brake fluid....yes Why then are there all kind of cob webs, spiders around brake drums...hmmm. When it was on rack "Chris" did change water pump, tried to tune up carburetor, did you change spark plugs and cap/ points and plug wires....NO (you had dog house off to work on carb didn't you?). By the way "Chris" said he did take fuel tank off and flush..I highly doubt it..jm2c

Sunroof is "warped" and allowed water in van, upon opening of front doors, terrible mold, mildew smell...
Will need new sunroof
Seat bases are rusted (see above sunroof/ water intrusion.)
Typical rust at windshield low.
Manual transmission (certain that tranny has not been serviced).
Manual Brakes (certain brakes have not been redone).
Rear Doors will not open...
Will need new wheel, tires and brakes (gotta get rid of the Ford Hub caps..hehehe)
Interior has to be gutted to ascertain if mold, mildew is present.
I would not drive it "home", uncertain of entire running gear.
IMHO it is a $3K-5K van...jm2c
In closing "Chris" will tell you it was stored in a barn when he found it...hmmm
