Here is a LCA Shaft kit but it seems like it only has one rubber infused metal washer (bumper). Also, what does the LCA have to do with vacuum brakes? Is there something different about them?

Any machine shop should be able to machine them for fairly cheap. You'd probably be surprised at how cheap they usually do stuff like that for to be honest.

kursed, I contacted a machine guy and will contact another to compare. I think it's a pretty simple job for them, no real
difficulties. The body of the shaft does not need to be empty as the original and few other things.
He asked for a hand sketch and a few measurements to give an estimate.
If the price is ok, the only tricky thing for me will be to find the good figures because as the rare parts shaft,
I'd be designing a shaft that won't have the metal/rubber washers, just the bushing at each end.

Frosty, thanks for the link! I've looked for other ones, especially there is also a smaller rubber washer per shaft.
2 big and 2 smaller rubber washers are needed but not easy to find, not cheap to ship either.
And I got the following idea to replace those rubber washer with handmade ones : when I pushed the bushings
out, I cut the rubber "head" of each one, which actually is quite close to a rubber washer.
External diameter is average; internal diameter is the same and they would be a bit thicker compared to the original rubber washers but it would just cost me the price of a sacrificed bushing per washer.
Now, I don't know if it would be as resistant as the original parts which are woven.

I may not be very clear, so here are some photos.
So if I can't have new shafts machined for a reasonable price, I may go this way ; my shafts look good at first.
The inner part is centered, the internal rubber is not crushed in some way.

Oh, I just realized you're in France.

Mine did not have those little rubber washers. Perhaps the previous owner forgot, couldn't obtain them, or was not required for installation. 1981 G10

Hope they can get you fixed up for cheap man. I know here in the states, I have taken all sorts of odd tasks to my local machine shops and have been surprised at how well and how cheap the job has been every time.

I wrote to 3 different machine people and the prices for 2 shafts go from 900€ in a pro shop, then 500€, down to 350€ that is 390$ .
Even 390$ is not that cheap. What do you think ?
Mine are not so bad visually, so for now I'm thinking of replacing the rubber washer after
having them sand blasted and painted.
My fear is to have the same issue tuner4life had, that is the inner shaft moving inside the outer tube when hitting the brakes.
Still hesitant, it'd be a shame to have to do that part again later.
