Here is a flickr album with a few of the pics I took. I am not a photographer, and we took a few of the kids, so I was chasing them around a bit and doing family stuff with them. https://flic.kr/s/aHsmNKgGCW (please let me know if the link works) We had a great time. I think there were about 90 vans that showed up in the end. I saw plates on Vans from FL, GA, TN, SC, NC, VA, PA, NY, OH and MA. I am sure there may have been some other states represented as well. The event was hosted by HomeGrown Customs. We saw some familiar faces, as well as met plenty of new ones. The location was pretty amazing; it was right on the Nolichucky River and the temps were hot, but not unbearable. Campsites had plenty of shade, and there was a pretty nice place to jump in the river to cool off, as well as a rope swing to jump in with. If they have the eVANt again, I will be going! | | | Re: Mountain Mayhem 2020 | Joined: Feb 2016 Posts: 1,266 Likes: 43 old hand | old hand Joined: Feb 2016 Posts: 1,266 Likes: 43 | Great turnout! Really nice looking vans too. Thanks for sharing

Looks like a great venue. haha, my picture skills were pretty bad. Most pics were taken on the move with a 1 year old trying to slap the phone. haha. I loved the venue, and my wife liked it enough that she mentioned going back on a regular trip sometime. | | | Re: Mountain Mayhem 2020 | Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 2,964 Likes: 63 veteran | veteran Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 2,964 Likes: 63 | Great pics, thanks for posting. The brown Chevy setting under the old railroad trestle is a beautiful pic. On the white Chevy van with all the equipment on the roof, what is the red plastic mounted on the drivers side rear. | | | Re: Mountain Mayhem 2020 | Joined: Oct 2015 Posts: 763 Likes: 50 old hand | OP old hand Joined: Oct 2015 Posts: 763 Likes: 50 | Great pics, thanks for posting. The White van (As well as the big white//orange/brown/yellow 4X4 Van) belonged to a Florida Fireman. It appeared to be some type of liquid holding tank. Not sure if it was made for water or for fuel or what. | | | Re: Mountain Mayhem 2020 | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 32,696 Likes: 172 Old Timer | Old Timer Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 32,696 Likes: 172 |

Put on the side of the driveway..3 vans..what a disappointing deal...$300 for primitive is steep.
When in doubt..get the sawzall out..
