TBI spacer take 2:)
My buddy bored spacer's holes on a lathe to correct diameter and it had to be milled down a bit due to flange. It became ~8mm thinner but that's fine. Also I got an injector spacer as well, every little helps:)

If it's broken- I'll fix it! If it's not- I'll break it to figure it out how it works so I can fix it.

Any noticable difference in throttle response?
I have one of those TBI spacers, the fuel pod spacer, as well as an edelbrock TBI intake sitting around. I haven't decided if I'll bother with the spacer TBI install when I do the intake.
I've seen some heavily dremelled TBI bases to open up the bores around the pods.

Awesome build by the way. super motivational for me to work on my G20.

I know my van very well by now as it is my daily driver and I can feel every little thing so I could say that I felt a bit of extra response, sort of throttle reacts a wee bit quicker, but I'm not dismissing a placebo effect either LOL It feels like it's better but there's another thing- I have a framed box over my rear axle that is full of sand, hauling approx 700 lb of dead weight for the winter to get me up the mountain to go snowboarding. Once I loaded that sand then I could definitely feel a good decrease in power and that TBI spacer was put in while I still have that dead weight. In other words it's kinda hard to tell atm but I want to believe it did by a hair:)
On the intakes- that's exactly what I'll do with mine, bore da hell out of it! I have Edelbrock performance intake manifold for my 305 SBC, but I'll slap on TBI from 454 big block on to my small block. They have bigger injectors and bigger port holes. More fuel, more air, more POWAAAAHHH!!! lol Once I get that TBI I'll dremel around the pods and have to get a 454 TBI spacer and then dremel da hell out of it to match intake that is meant for a small block.

Sup guys:)
I know it's been a while, guilty as charged... Been stuck at work with ridiculous hours for a long time and my project came to a stop. Things are a bit better atm so hopefully I'll start nipping at it again.
Few little things I've done since I was here last:
I scraped a bit of one of my rims so had to fix it, so on the same note I pimped them a bit as well. Sprayed red outer rim part and got some decals on:

Got a good deal on triple bench seat out of a Sprinter van. In the background you see my previous bench seat.

But before I bolt it in, I have to do the floors. With wire brush scrubbed the rust off, sprayed anti rust paint and taped existing holes:

Screwed on 3/8 pressure treated plywood and glued on vinyl planking:

Bolted the seat through ply and metal and we're good:) I kept it as far back as I could but so I can fit my spare tire and few little things as well.
