New to the forum and would love to know more about these wheels as well.

I keep seeing a 90's B series driving around that is a short van. It would look great lowered.

Any updates on it.

Haven't had the time to hop on here in awhile - been updating mostly on IG (same handle as on here) - feel free to follow me on there for more updates.

Hope to answer some of your questions:


Wheels: Gear 749mb - they come in a 16x8 et0, so for the rear I am running 25mm spacers. I found a local shop that does re-barreling of wheels so I'm going to inquire about widening the rear wheels. Stay tuned for updates on that.




Some other updates, mostly interior.

Picked up a set of NRG seats, and fabricated adapter brackets that allowed me to use the stock seat base. Also mounted up an NRG quick release, and finished up the center "horn" button. (Horn is in quotes as the actual button that activates the horn has been relocated onto the steering column, so the center button on the steering wheel is just cosmetic.

Mild audio upgrades: went with a Pioneer flip-out screen to replace the stock stereo as options for the 1.5 DIN are limited. Replaced the stock Infinity speakers (it was neat to see how they have their own little individual amps attached to them) with Alpine 6x9's, and running a 10" enclosed sub underneath the second row bench by the heater switch, all powered by a 5-channel amp under the driver's seat. Shorty antenna to replace the long metal one - radio reception is still excellent.


Other than that, just enjoying it, and going to a few car events here and there and the van seems to garner positive feedback.

Love the seats and steering wheel. I have been trying to find steering wheel adapter so I can fit one on mine. Diggin the neo chrom lug nuts too, my nephew was trying to talk me in to getting a set.
