Hi there my vanning family I have a question for the b series gang . I have a 1979 with a 78 front end I need to know if the dog house from a 1988 will fit my van and will all the wiring harness from a 77 my van thanks for any help u can give

Dog house should be the same. I have a 79 and 87 and they are identical at least to my eye. The wiring from my 87 and 79 differ so I would guess that a 77 may not be compatible in its entirety. Dash, firewall, front end and all sorts of items are different.

I have to replace all the wiring had a engine fire backfired an catch air filter on fire I was moving the van from storage an it was sitting warmong up. I have custom dash all wood am been covered with rich an plastic so it got damaged as well .

No on the harness.1979-up have ignition on the column.
