I say yes to the rack, that looks real cool, no to the trims. For as well as they fit on there, they remind me of autozone level add on accessory.

Yeah, that's what I'm leaning toward too.

I had originally picked up the trim - which was a factory item GM offered on Beauville vans - to cover up some crappy bodywork someone did to one of the rear wheel arches but I've since fixed that and yeah...it looks a little out of place on my van.

If anyone wants to buy some GM wheel arch trim in perfect condition, shoot me a message! 😁

I agree on the roof rack. (don't throw or sell the wheel trim just yet)

Question
Do you plan on painting the van at some point? If so, you can always paint the wheel trim to accent the wheels.

Love the wheels! The van is looking good!!!

Yeah, I really like it too - on a Beauville van. It just seems a little weird on my van.

And now I can't stop thinking about all the super tacky chrome Autozone accessories dudes stick all over their crappy pickup trucks...

I've been taking apart some of the interior walls so I can access the screws for the bay windows. I'll be taking the windows out so that I can fix the rust under them.

Very cool Gladiator. Here's to nice days! Avoiding heatstroke! Cooler weather!

Dogvan was running rich, and annoyingly crappy er. So. !988 B250 EFI 5.2, 4 speed auto. 148K survivor conversion. Dodges little 318 workhorse engine. First year EFI in the V6, and 5.2 V8 B vans. The 5.9 was still a carb engine in 1988. This 318 has the A500 OD auto, my 94 MPFI 360 has an A518. These transmissions are geared slightly different, and are well mated to the output of each motor. Which by modern standards, is not much. rofl

R&R O2 sensor. Plus put in a new set of plugs, copper plus nothing fancy Autolite. Plugs came out very fouled, with black carbon buildup. The O2 sensor was suspect, as per the increasingly rich running condition. TBI isn't MPFI, or TPI, but you can troubleshoot it, it's not that complicated.

Had already done cap, rotor, wires, T-stat, coolant temp sensor. Timing was way out. did all this in 2015.

Glad to report, it runs good now! Go Dogvan!
