This past weekend we cruised over to the Indy-Van-A event in Monterey IN with Bikertrash00 and had a great time! The weather was pleasant on Saturday, we went canoeing and just relaxed most of the weekend. There were a bunch of cool vans out for the show and shine! I am so excited to have won my first award at a van event!

It was nice to see some of you again, and great to meet many more for the first time! Definitely putting this one on the schedule again next year!

I forgot to post this before, but about a month ago we went to a small car show in my hometown. We dodged rain all day, but the van was well received and we got a plaque!

Now it's build season again! Guess I'd better get to work!

Here's the to-to list for this winter:

-Cut and re-weld the swivel pedestals 1.5" lower
-Make custom door panels
-Make custom wall panels
-Build and install functional mini-bar
-Other misc upholstery work
-Finish all wiring
-Finish installing security system and stereo
-Possibly have transmission rebuilt, new clutch
-Replace u-joints and carrier bearing
-Diff fluid (fill plug is stripped)
-etc.....

Sounds like you're going to have one heck of a busy winter. Keep us posted. I'll just be happy to break away from the home renovation long enough to start my engine swap finally.

This van needs a T56 and an LS swap! Can’t wait to see the progress you make this winter on your list

Thanks for updating us all, love your show!

My favorite Boss, Art McFaul said "Setting Tile is the art of trying to achieve perfection, with an imperfect product." In production, It took a while to learn to walk away when it was "good enough."

I sure don't see any "imperfection, good enough, or walk away," in any of your work, Sir.
cheers
