How do I convert a 95 e150 from plastic headlights to glass? | Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 12,107 Likes: 37 Maniac | OP Maniac Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 12,107 Likes: 37 | I just purchased a 95 e150 and it has faded and hazed plastic headlights. I know these were option (standard on the club wagon) but I want to convert the van to glass headlights to avoid future hazing of the lenses.
What will I need besides the headlight surrounds and headlight buckets? Is the grille any different?

It's nothing special and I'm gonna switch for a billet eventually but it's better than the rad and condenser and such sticking out.

I went to a junkyard and grabbed all the parts I needed from a junked van. Basically you need the plastic headlight surrounds, the headlight buckets, the adjuster nuts that clip into the body of the van, and the plastic slides that the back of the headlight slides on. Very easy conversion. I will document my swap and post pictures.
